Turkey Burger

TURKEY BURGERS

Dinner, serves 4

Have my super duper, umm umm good turkey burgers. Make sure mom or dad helps you in the kitchen because the stove can get very hot!!!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Don't forget the whole wheat buns!

HOW TO:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl
  • 2. Form into 4 patties
  • 3. Grill burgers until done 5-7 minutes on each side (a minimum internal cooking temperature of 165 degrees F)
