Spinach Dip

SPINACH DIP

Have fun eating your veggies. This dip has no cholesterol, wow! and it is great with vegetables like carrots, peppers, broccoli, or any leafy green! Yum!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 ounces silken tofu
  • 2 cups lightly packed chopped spinach
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

HOW TO:

  • 1. Put all ingredients into a blender at medium speed, blend until smooth. If you do not have a blender use a wire whip
  • 2. Pour mixture into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to blend the flavors
