This slam dunk recipe is a perfect refresher after a game on a hot day. Its full of vitamin A, C, and potassium

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup of cantaloupe, balled
  • 3/4 cup of honeydew melon, balled
  • 1/4 apple
  • 4 oz calcium-fortified silken tofu
  • 1/2 cup of 100 percent cranberry juice
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
  • 6 cubes of ice

HOW TO:

  • 1. Using a melon baller or a deep sppon, scoop the mellon off of the skin so it looks like balls
  • 2. Add the cranberry juice and BOOMSHAKALAKA!
