INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large egg, hard boiled
  • 100% whole wheat bread, 2 slices
  • 1 ounce part-skim mozzarella cheese(or any low fat cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard

HOW TO:

  • Slice the hard boiled egg and layer across whole wheat bread
  • Add cheese
  • Spread with honey mustard
