INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 egg white and 1 whole egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

HOW TO:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan, and mix well.
  • 2. Cook the mixture over a medium heat stirring frequently, bring to a boil
  • 3. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until the mixture has thickened
